Meet Our Physicians

  Dr. Patel specializes in Family Medicine and Occupational Medicine. Originally from Kenya/India, Dr. Patel completed his Family Medicine training at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee in 1978, and has  lived and practiced in Tracy since that time. He also completed an intensive residency in Occupational Medicine at the University of California at San Francisco. Dr. Patel is a State approved QME, and is a certified Medical Review Officer.  


 

  Dr. Pulliam is Board Certi ed in Family Medicine/Sports Medicine. Originally from San Diego, he completed medical school at the Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. He finished two years of surgical training at the  Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota before completing a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Texas – San Antonio, TX.        Dr. Pulliam also  finished a fellowship  in Sports Medicine and serves as the team physician for several local sports teams. He is a state approved QME and certified Medical Review Officer.  


 

 Originally from Belgaum, India, Dr. Hubli is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Prior to joining our practice in Tracy, she did her residency at UC Davis's San Joaquin General Hospital where she later joined the clinical faculty. She is fluent in four languages and her professional interests include hospital medicine, geriatrics and women's health issues. She also provides Workers Comp care and is a certified Medical Review Officer.
