  Mr. Echon received his Bachelor of Science in Education and Science in Nursing in the Philippines. He received his Master of Science in Nursing and his Family Practitioner degree‘s from the Charles R. Drew University  of Medicine and Science Mervyn M. Dymally School of Nursing, Los Angeles, CA. Before joining our group Mr. Echon was Relief Charge Nurse for Valley Care Health, Pleasanton, CA.
